Installation Instructions:
1- Download OpenIV (if you dont have it installed yet),
2- Open OpenIV and enable Edit Mode,
3- Download and install MpClothes (https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/mpclothes-addon-clothing-slots),
4- Navigate to the following path:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpclothes/dlc.rpf/x64/models/cdimages/mp_f_freemode_01.rpf/,
5- Replace the existing file or add a new one in the hand slot,
6- Launch the game and enjoy!
