Use this mod to use PEDS as Add-Ons:

Or Replace any Ped you want just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace "example: ig-bankman"
Install weapon with OpenIV replace the downloaded files in the following location
V /Mods/ update / x64/dlcpacks / patchday8ng /dlc.rpf/x64/ models / cdimages /weapons.rpf
