Here's my version of Agent Hobbs a.k.a. Dwayne Johnson for GTA V.
There are still some little bugs with the model, that I may or may not fix. Like correcting the facial animations and fixing some clipping/bad textures.
It is currently setup to replace Baby D (the guy always working out at the beach), but you could probably just rename all the files to what you want and use it as an Add-On ped...
I might do variant of it with different clothes in the future, but nothing guaranteed.
The files are also unlocked and I included all the other files that I used to create it. So if you want to modify it, go crazy!

@IDedSecI I will try, but I can't find any good 3d model to convert. My goal is to get every character from the Fast and Furious franchise in the game (other famous actors too), but some are unavailable and I don't have much free time also. If I managed to find a decent model and convert it, I will post it on the site.

@Zecho absolutely, it is from Rockstar anyway. (Just did the skin for it). If you want it white, you can use the model (ig_tylerdix_02).
