NOTE: Both horns will replace the "sad trombone" one... So, You'll need to decide which one you are going to replace (I know You'll choose the funny one :D )

You obviously need to have installed OpenIV with its respectives dll(s) and 'mods' folder inside GTA directory...

Install Location:

Liveries: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpchristmas2\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\xmas2vehicles.rpf\

Replace file "jester2.ytd" with the one I'm providing you...

Headlights: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpbusiness\common\data

Replace file "carcols.meta".

Horn: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf\

Replace file "vehicles.awc" with the one I'm providing you.
