I think I can change this plate to Ohio but I haven't any plate in good quality right now.
@koksu1234567890 maybe North Dakota... or another Ohio one but North Dakota would make more sense i found a high quality pic on google images its plateshackdotcom/y2k/North_Dakota/nd2011-4dotjpg and also a site called worldlicenseplatesdotcom for all world plates. Whatever, this is like an advertisement but these are just tips
