This mod Replaces some of the original licence plates with new ones
Instructions:
1. Open open-iv and go to (x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf)
2. Go into Edit Mode
2. Un-zip the downloaded file
3. Click on the green plus icon, navigate to the un-zipped file and copy the file

I really like the Liberty City and Vice City ones; I always thought there should be some sate/area wise variety in the license plates; not all of them should say "san andreas" :P I mean, nobody ever visits from out of state? lol The e-Cola and Sprunk ones are neat too. 4.5/5 IMHO
