@Kilo586 @gta5-mods By using OpenIV, search "zeno_mods.rpf" or follow the path in the description.
@ElsaIII it says unable to add files when I drag it: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. Also is it for online only or can I use it with storymode?
like I have a mod that adds zeno to single player, would it work for that?
