1.Download the car from [YCA] SCRAT: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/ford-focus-rs-2017-add-on-replace-tuning-template-multi-livery
2.Open OpenIV and browse to x64\vehicles.rpf\focusrs.ytd and open it.
3.When you have that list opened just simply add the livery which is focusrs_sign_8 from the downloaded file onto the list which is the .ytd file. and save it.
4.Enjoy

The livery is exclusively on GTA5 Mods only.
