GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday22ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf (It has to be in the last patchday).

But the "Livery 01", "Livery 02" or "Livery 03" changes the main color, wheel color, blinker signal lights and the chrome of the exhaust.
