-Description:-
The mod is a simple timecycle upgrade, based on the original game cycle.
The graphical configuration is based on an Unreal Engine 4 project.
This project is not intended to be realistic or anything similar, simply to give a better visual appearance, especially at sunrise and sunset.
-Installation:-
I've ordered the way the mod is installed, each folder separately, so it shouldn't be that difficult to follow that order. You need OpenIV
-Details V0.3 BETA-
-More time cycles have been modified, in the same way as the color tone.
-New texture of the sky at night, now it will have less stars compared to the previous version
-New texture for blood, now it won't be that typical oval puddle
-Color of clouds has been corrected, especially on mornings that were too white in the dark.
-Now the patrol -Buffalo- and the helicopter -Annihilator- will appear in chases. (-Buffalo- 1st star and -Annhilator- 4th star)
-I have replaced ReShade with -ENB Series- which will give more reflections in puddles and give better shading.
-I have reduced the reflection of cars and soil a bit since personally it was very excessive
-And other small changes
----I would appreciate your feedback for improvement and if you find any bugs please let me know so I can correct it in future updates----

-The nights are darker
-Textures of: lights, sky, moon, vegetation, water, vehicles were modified.
-Suspension and impact damage have been modified, based on GTA 4

where do you put the x64a files??

@Scran Open openiv and create a backup with the option "mod" of the application, of those files, those are directly in the main folder of the game. Just follow the order and you're done.
@Uranus6969 what settings do you use? other then that this mod is amazing!
@Seb16 I have everything in ultra except the shadows, at a resolution of 1080p, and thanks, wait for future updates with more improvements, this is just the beginning.
Also remember to give your comments on which aspects to improve...

@agatipoullos the problem is that NVR and this mod say it's a "graphics" mod but they toss in a bunch of other things like vehicle stuff, and ai stuff. this is why half of our mods break when trying new graphics mods. they also like to toss in a config file knowing full well that most of us already have a "specific" config file that we like or need to use.
i'd like "graphics" mod to become graphics mods again. last time NVR broke my gang mod i was shocked when i realized there was all kinds of ai stuff in there.
I have to add to this that i tried just the files from the timecycle and it looks amazing. great job! just like you said the sunrise and sunset are spectacular now. better than any others i've tried.

Supreme graphics btw, good job with this. My only complaint is that for the x64a and x64e, it took a bit of a while to figure out where to put it, let alone people who don't know much about modding. You might want to revisit the folder structure for those two.

Really promising. I have a small suggestion, maybe create an .oiv to allow beginners to install it more easily.
