Martial Law 1.0 mod by n1000 aka. theBRUH on gta5-mods.com. Learned how to mod the wanted levels basing on Yard1's LCPDFR mod.
Just replace the dispatch.meta with OpenIV in update>update.rpf>common>data to this file
and play!
Mod partially replaces the police vehicles with military vehicles, on all wanted levels. Soldiers spawn along with police officers. Tanks drive
on the streets while player is wanted and will not attack until 3-stars. Calling for the firefighters or paramedics we will bring the standard
emergency personnel and few soldiers.
Some police cars were replaced with exotic insurgents (gun mount), rhino tanks, crusades, barracks etc.
Police helicopters were replaced with Valkyrie and Savage.
Evasion times were cut slightly on the highest levels of chase (around 9s on 5 stars).
Bugs 1.0:
- some vehicles spawn without drivers (tanks, barracks, insurgents).

PS. If you want to make tank's weight slightly lighter, then also copy included handling.meta file to this folder. (Weight orig: 60000, replaced to 40000)

I changed it for another mod to Insurgents. How do you make so multiple military guys spawn at the same time at road blocks? Because i want them to use the Turret on the Insurgent.
Looks good, and BTW, will the Savage fire guns and missiles?
I would love to have the vehicles that spawns in this mod but only when it's at 5 stars, could you help me ? :3

I have the Humvee insurgent replacement installed and for some reason the insurgents don't spawn passengers or attack me. They spawn and then act like normal civilians. The mod I have installed is here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/m1116-humvee-up-armored

I found out that it doesn't matter if the mod is installed or not. I even tried to manually change the dispatch and the insurgents and fib cars don't register as having passengers.
Imma just give it 5 star so you dont look bad, just cause one kid messed up the install and wants back ups doesnt mean your mod should be rated on a 1 star.
