Installation guide:
1. Drop coloredwaterpack to dlcpacks.
2. Add dlcpacks:/coloredwaterpack/ to dlclist.xml in update.rpf
3. Start GTAV.
4. Go to Object Spooner and spawn objects!

@keks34222 Spawn with Menyoo. Open Menyoo > Object Spooner > Spawn Entity Into World > Object > at the bottom is "INPUT MODEL"
