Now you can feel like you're living in L.A. with this overhaul of almost the entire Vespucci neighborhood! About 92-95% of the shops, signs and billboards have been edited as close to their real life counterparts as possible. A whole lot of research and referencing has been put into this mod. My aim here is to be as realistic as possible so every minor detail, such as the credit card signs and in-store displays have been meticulously re-textured.
Note that not all the shops are there in real life so I had to come up with my own ideas.
HOW TO INSTALL:
1. open OpenIV
2. go to mods\x64m.rpf\levels\gta5\_cityw\venice_01
3. place all vb_ files into their corresponding folders
Known Issues:
At the moment I am unable to edit 3D models, so some buildings and their textures have been left unedited. Some wall colors are embedded in the model files therefore I am also unable to edit these colors.

Hi guys, there has been a slight error in the file placement. In the vb_08 folder there is a file named vb_02_bld1.ydr. Make sure you put that in the vb_02, not vb_08! Thanks to @Sm00thOps for highlighting the mistake
