How to install:
1. open OpenIV and enable edit mode.
-> mods, x64i.rpf, levels, gta5, citye, downtown01, dt1 22.rpf
-> replace files:
dt 122 bld1x
dt1 22 bld1x hi
dt1 22 bld2x
dt1 22 bld2x hi
dt1 22 bldg2 detail2b hidr
dt1 22 lod
Note: If the billboards disappears from the distance then increase (Extended Distance Scaling) option in the settings menu.
