1) Go to Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
2) Put the "Survival Base.xml" there
3) Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpheist\x64\
levels\gta5\_citye\dontown_01\downtown_01_metadata.rpf
4) Replace all the files that are in the "YMAP Files" Folder
5) Go to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist\dlc.rpf\x64
\levels\gta5\_citye\downtown_01\downtown_01_metadata.rpf
6) Replace all the files that are in the "YMAP Files" Folder

Can change it to MLO?
@amxar Do you mean YMAP, because i think MLO is for an interior. And this map is not an interior
