FiveM installation:
Drag and drop the contents out of the .zip into your resources folder. Next copy the name of the file and in your server.cfg type ensure torture.
SP Installation
Drag the torture file into your mods/x64/dlcpacks. Next, navigate to your mods/update/update,rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml, right click and press edit while in edit mode. Finally add the line:
dlcpacks:/torture/

you spelled the folder for dlcpacks and the line for dlclist different, pls change it for the non alert people

Some improvements for the instructions:
Not "tk-torture-room" but the folder is called touture.
The location for dlcpacks is "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/" not "mods/x64/dlcpacks".
The location of dlclist is correct but its "update.rpf" not "update,rpf".
And because you probably misspelled the "touture" folder, you should add line "<Item>dlcpacks:/touture/</Item>" instead of "torture"
Just felt like pointing out these small mistakes, for the people new to modding :D
