Simple modern house for you guys. Quite a lot you need to install before you can use it but it's worth it. This is a YMAP not an MLO.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Map Builder: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
-DNX Generic Add-On Props: https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/dnx-generic-add-on-props-add-on-props-for-your-custom-maps
-Increased Props: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/increased-props-add-on
P.S: Once installing map builder, please drag and drop "mbiv_redux.ytyp" in this location:
E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mapbuilder\dlc.rpf\mbiv_redux.rpf\
Don't forget this otherwise the textures of the map are gonna flicker. Don't know why this happens after converting to YMAP with the updated version map builder lol.
INSTALLATION:
1.) Just drag and drop "simplemodernhouse" folder at: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2.) Then simply add this line to you dlclist.xml located at: E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data:
dlcpacks:\simplemodernhouse\

There isn’t many good YMAPS anymore, but this build is sweet! I’d personally angle the driveway a little less and it’s perfect.

@guelo000 Many pieces of furniture have disappeared, and there are many doors and windows that do not collide or have collision errors. Characters have fallen off, but it has been installed and your method has been added, but there are still many problems
