@MK D gamer :D No, what i mean was gtx1080ti is low for "Heavy Gta V modding" Since a lot of people are already using naturalvision or redux with a lot of add-on cars and replace cars. but sure if this is the only mod you are planning to install, go ahead you can probably run it with a gtx1050 even.
