-new spot lights for vip cars
-new city lights
-speakers around
-more peds
-more paparazzi
-player's vip parking
-added thrashes around site and trash cans
-gates at the end of the parking
INSTALLATION
drop the rcm.xml in your GTA V main directory
IN-GAME
open Map Editor pressing F7 , click load map, then write:rcm
hit enter
Map will load in less than a minute
ENJOY

Nice mod but i think there is something wrong with the cars, they are all black. Please help
It'll be nice if there's also an illegal car meeting callout, my duty as a CHP officer would have even more sense.

I agree with @bizzlezx10r, will be nice to add few cars with opened hood, coz this is best caar meet on the site :) but have same problem like @il_capo have all cars black anyone know how to fix that? its not first mod on which I meet with this problem of black vehicles

get rid of the paparazzi and police. and fix the all black cars issue that multiple people seem to be having. because of the added police it causes too much fps drop
