2) place the xml file "AIRPORT_100%.xml " into your main GTA V Folder
3) Once in game open your map editor (F7) and load the map "AIRPORT_100%"

Won't download. Your download counter goes up but there is nothing downloading. Other mods download from this site. So any idea why I can't get this cool mod??
