This is a basic map edit witch adds a fully functioning gate for the parking area as well as a gaurd. Some Trees and other small things.
You will need a map editor to load it in. Below I have linked to the one I use.

I honestly can't remember i believe it is a mix of make visuals great again mixed with something else
@Limu what police car is that in the screen a lore but looks like a cvpi. Nice
