4. Download No waves in the ocean mod
https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/no-waves-in-the-ocean
5. Download Menyoo PC SP
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
6. Download Map Builder REQUIRED
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
7. Move Beach.xml file from the .zip into your GTA 5 main directory/MenyooStuff/Spooner,
8. while in-game open menyoo/object-spooner/manage-saved-files/Beach.xml/load-placements
Festival Bus: While in-game get in the bus choose your radio station and choose leave the engine running option with simple trainer. Make sure that headlights are turned on
