SP (Add-on)
1. run OpenIV
2. drag and drop the folder paleto247 in the following path > mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
3. go to mods/update/update.rpf/common/data open dlclist.xml and add the line dlcpacks:/paleto247/
Fivem
Drag and drop "paleto247" to your resources folder, next open your server config (server.cfg) and add "start paleto247"
Do not put the file on other website without my permission.

How do you get it working? .. when I install this mod my game crashes and when I uninstall it now the game just gets fine .. what could be causing this? I am in 1.48 game version . .

@jamesays me too. I don't know how to solve the crash.
@b4good ok there must be something here like an issue of version compatability with his setup ... but there is a work-around , you just need to use or copy the RCA(real california architecture) DLC sctructure ,, if you want easy doen, you can add new paleto247.rpf inside that mod dlc and copy the path info of the one you created to its content.xml .then put paleto247 dlc contents to that new .rpf file. . that should work
this mod has no LOD yet which can still cause crashes. .

@rednobel there is a collision bug with the rear and side exterior walls, you can walk right through them...
as stated, you need to restructure the dlc (use a different MLO as a template)
I used another mlo as template and it keeps crashing. What need to be done to get it working?
