Lakeside USAF Base [Map Editor] 1.0

I have created a fictional USAF Base built on the boundary of Lakeside as I felt the base game is lacking Airports. Credits to ArthurLopes for the amazing map and SkylineGTRFreak for the incredible models.
The base map is FPS heavy so i have included a NO PEDS XML and a NO VEHICLES XML.
The installation is in the download but you will NEED to have downloaded:

GTA Object Spawn unlocker: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/object-spawn-unlocker (I have included what you need already in the download, as only 1.0 version of Object Spawn Unlocker works to avoid confusion)

Custom Props: https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/custom-prop
And not needed but highly recommended is Panico Totals USAF pack: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/us-air-force-pack-add-on as all the aircraft are from that pack.
Also I have also added trainer support for the USAF pack if needed:

If you have any suggestions on what to do next, or what to improve on this map please let me know.

@kingboughey nice, sorry i've take some huge late on the update of the props due to a too big size of the rpf wich leaded to a corrupted rpf and make me lost a lot of props. But i'll try to rebuild it as fast as I can ;)

@kingboughey when i load the game gtamp-unlock-all-objects gives me an error and when i load the map in game it just shows the road from cunning stunts
@Shaezbreizh yeah man we all are waiting for v4 we love custom add-on props.and pls in v4 make the collision becoz every time I spawn a building and five across , I get into it.@kingboughey hey man are u too using natural vision 2.0 ?
@MAK Moderator all model have colision, that the first idea of the mod, embeded colision to gta prop so player can spawn them and they've colision ( you can already spawn all prop of gta but they've limitation and no colision)

@MAK Moderator Nooo just visual V at the moment i usually have natural vision but I recently reset my GTA
@kingboughey can't believe ur grass quality and scenes just look same as mine.I'm using Nv 2.0..but yeah never thought "only" visual v can be great alone.anyway I loved this map.just the road ain't visible coz I don't have Cunning Stunts dlc..
is this possible for fivem?
