Install using Ymap:
1. Install mapbuilder and mapeditor
2. Open OpenIV and place Jail.ymap in update\x64\dlcpacks\custommaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\citye\maps\custommaps.rpf\
install using Menyoo:
1. Install mapbuilder and mapeditor
2. Install Menyoo
3. Place Jail.xml in Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
4. While in game hit F8 go to spooner then manage saved maps and load Jail.xml
Install Peds Addon:
1. Install Menyoo
2. Place Peds.xml in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
3. While in game hit F8 go to spooner then manage saved maps
4. If using menyoo version of jail load Jail.xml first then Peds.xml
5. If using ymap version of jail just load Peds.xml as it only adds peds.

i did everything correct but most of the parts of the building is gone and just chairs and people
@traygod_dev Ok I just tested this by taking out mapbuilder and the same thing happened. So if you can see chairs and peds but not walls/floors then mapbuilder is installed incorrectly. Make sure you have custom_maps and mapbuilder in Update/x64/dlcpacks and make sure that custom_maps and mapbuilder is added to dlclist.xml

The wall will fall down. I'm so dumbfounded.
