Just a cool little map mod to see patriots expressing their love for the old US of A.
Before you ask no you can't attack/kill them, this is a special day and besides i'm using so many animation so i had to freeze them in place

@insanejoker Thanks bro, the most customisable npc is the Multiplayer (MP) Male/Female. They have various cool face paints including the one you asked for. I hope i didn't confuse you :)
