The LSPD have finally made a move on gang activity on Grove Street by doing a full-on takedown in cooperation with the FIB and NOOSE.
Features:
-SWAT Teams getting run-downs of the project by commaning officer
-FIB surveying Scene
-Local Cops securing roads & directing traffic
-Citizens taking videos & photos with phones
-Weasel News with van, big camera, reporter, cameraman
-ALL VEHICLES WILL TAKE TURNS/YIELD, SO THERE IS NO CRASHING!
Requires the Map Editor by Guadmaz and all its requirements.
To install, drag the XML to the GTAV main directory. Then in-game, press F7, select load, XML, then type in "grovegangp DevinKan"
VISUAL MODS USED FOR SCREENSHOTS: ENBSeries 0.275 for GTAV, and Reshade with Razed's High End Preset, VisualV, and RadianceV.
