Remember when New York/Liberty City was gritty and crime ridden. You probably don't. The worst part about the city in that era was Times Square/Star Junction. With this mod, you'll be transported to the 1980s when trash on the sidewalks, hookers, drug dealers, hobos, and crime scenes were a common sight.

Traffic is not working yet on the LC rewind mod correct
@Odraymo There’s a version somewhere that has traffic paths
