How to install:
Put "Elanip Penthouse.xml" in Gta (main folder) / Menyoostuff / Spooner
In game open menyoo go to spooner / saved files / Elamip Penthouse / load placement

@Elanip hey does anyone have a fix for 2 cars spawning instead of one. Its realy anoying cause all mods that have cars in always glich out. PLZ SOMEONE HELP
