Update 1.2 - Added Ymap versions
This mod consists of 3 different penthouses (one each for Michael, Trevor and Franklin) and a rooftop nightclub located on top of the Arcadius Business Center.
I designed each penthouse to reflect the personality of each character.
Features include:
- High security underground parking
- Exclusive rooftop club with DJ, dance floor and VIP room
Trevor's Penthouse (ArcadiusT):
- 2 Bedrooms
- Drug Lab
- Torture Room
- Vault with stolen goods
Franklin's Penthouse (ArcadiusF):
- 2 Bedrooms
- Cinema
- Gym
- Gold Vault
- Games Room
Michael's Penthouse (ArcadiusM):
- 3 Bedrooms
- Heist Planning Room
- Movie Room
- Art Safe
You can only load one penthouse at a time due to the object limit.
There are two versions of each - one with characters from the game in the penthouses and one without.
Requirements: Native Trainer, Map Editor and Menyoo (I have included my ObjectList.ini if you need it) or Ymap.
IMPORTANT: you need NATIVE TRAINER or something similar to make the garage lift work. You need to ENABLE MP MAPS. See pinned comment for details.
Load using Map Editor - you will be transported to the location. Or use Ymap.

@Khraze Think I've found the problem. Do you have Native Trainer installed? If not then download it, open it up and select Teleporting>Other Teleports>Enable MP Maps>Enabled. That should fix it but let me know either way.
@S4NDM4N There is underground parking but you can't save cars there

@Zoidberg Hey man, I like this penthouse very much but there's a problem. When I do this Teleporting>Other Teleports>Enable MP Maps>Enabled, an error pops like ERR_FIL_PACK_1 every time then followed by SCRIPTHOOKV ERROR. I have the open all interior mod and that one mod named Office garage.
@Mlehbleh Sorry I don't know what to suggest, I don't know much about technical aspect of modding. A lot of people seem to have issues with the teleports. I've been planning to release an updated version with new teleports but life has got in the way. I'll try and release it soon.

@OGSQUAD lol actually I haven't for this mod. I'd use a lot more if I could. It's a big limit on what you can build.
@Zoidberg Yeah this one you haven't surprisingly haha but most of the time your builds are 2048 or multi-file. Just wondering how you deal with getting past 1850. My props usually begin to become "unknown props" or disappear.
@OGSQUAD Sometimes I can't reach max props either, mainly when I'm trying to build inside an existing structure. Otherwise I have no problems reaching 2048 when just building out in the open. I don't know if its the same for you.
@Zoidberg @OGSQUAD I get unknown props by just searching for stuff to use, havent even added one thing yet
@Zoidberg Most of the time, when i reach around 1900. I can't duplicate props and when i search for new props nothing shows up. Im not sure haha and i doubt map editor is being update any time soon for this bug. :P anyways, great builds keep it up. :)
Zoidberg, i wanted to ask you how do you make this. Also how do you have so much props. Do you have any pack or what do you use?

I tried to load it on fivem but it somehow scuffed.... there are these big ventilation blocks that are still there. How I remove them?
