A few years into the zombie apocalypse sandy shores became partially overgrown it has been quarantined off by the government. But Tom the Lonely Water Dispenser can tell you how to get in he says,"The Only way in is through the Alamo sea but on a dock on the other side is a Dinghy he marks it on your map and tells you there is an abandoned military base at thye abandoned motel and there is a vehicle there but it will be very dangerous to go there.
