@thalilmythos probably will put back the adjustable force and time from the old mod, but for the euphoria nope, I would've done that because I know the gravity and landing is ugly but activating euphoria will just ragdoll the character directly and you lose the "aiming on the floor like max payne" feature. I've changed these little things from the original jedijosh one because this how I see max payne but the engine/script limitation(the diving animation requires you to lock the aim which will be turned off when activating ragdoll/euphoria) wont allow me, hence the imperfection my friend.
I have modified this to scripthookvdotnet3 and removed the screen rain and only leave the "on vehicle rain effect" if you interested

Racers crash my game so often, so i disable it. Npc standing still in mid of street probably comes from Hunter event (from what he wears) so disable that. Disable titan and microlight by setting the frequency and probability to 0, and recommended to disable all the air vehicles. also disable the CarryingBike scenarios so i wont get notifications all the time. All of this can be edited from LivelyWorld.xml.

changed the max-min boost when i checked the turbo info it stays around 1 (10%)

This will fix superman flying bug, change your ini accordingly.

Mod still working but buggy as hell. Always equip gun, dodging while unarmed will broke the animation.
