@Kayboymek17 Given by your mentioned game version, are you using a cracked version of Grand Theft Auto 5?

@SMaxvi-Vismark I have all 2 installed files from OpenIV "ASI Loader (Replace by Ultimate ASI Loader x64) & OpenIV.ASI" If all is still not working for you, maybe try resetting your game files back to vanilla and try again.

@Lomna Not sure what you have done to your game then, as for me the 'Ultimate-ASI-Loader_x64' loads my mods just fine.

@Lomna When you say that, 'Ultimate-ASI-Loader_x64' deletes your mods. What do you mean by this? The reason I'm asking is that, I've just installed 'Ultimate-ASI-Loader_x64' and all is fine and mods still load fine, even with the 'Ultimate-ASI-Loader_x64'.

@tuley NVE is a graphical mod which in most cases shouldn’t crash the game. Try disabling your map builder mods and see if that fixes the issue.

@gamerman7364 If using notepad++, press ctrl+f and a find box will appear. Type AmbientPedsMultiplier_Base into the "find what" and press "find next". Repeat all lines of inquire to increase or decrease in-game population.
