installation:
1. copy italigtoc folder to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV go to:
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
right click edit, add new line
dlcpacks:/italigtoc/
This mod features:
-Twin Turbo V12
-Custom wide body kit (with a bolt-on version as and option)
-Customizable exterior and interior
-Turbo Fans (I recommend using vstancer if you're going to use the turbo fans or just don't lower the car)
-Livery template and Liveries
-Nitro boost
-New engine sound
Bugs:
-Spinning turbo blades are wonky
-Brake turbo fans don't lower with the suspension upgrades

@AviiixV07 Just go to a mod shop and choose the glowing mod parts, and change the color with the secondary color, I'm also using NVE so it might look different for me, also I used more muted colors like midnight blue and gasoline green
