@Calderon I tried ticking then unticking but nothing changed. I'm not too concerned though because this mod works so well and I can live without the missing blips, thanks for looking at this issue!
I love it, integrated so seamlessly. Having some problems with blips. Blips for Mors insurance and Online Interiors (but not regular Open All Interiors strangely) disappear once the menu for this mod is opened once. Can still use the insurance building etc., just no blips. Blips for the saved cars also disappear sometimes.
So is a new save required to make this work? And does autosave have to be off for any particular reason? Having trouble understanding the instructions.
So how do we store/mod cars at MBT? I can get into the garage/mod shop but no actual functions available. Description says this can be done with Open Interiors (I have both)?

Author can't even spell persistence correctly, not surprising this never worked.
