Hi, the "Vigilante Citizens" feature doesn't work with other features like "Peds Against Weapons". They don't flee when I have a gun equipped and even continue attacking when I shoot them. Also, bodyguards don't react to them.
I think the vigilante citizens should also be treated as hostiles and get red dots on the minimap, plus an option to set the likeliness of peds becoming vigilante.
