Alright, some changing around of my Google search terms gave me hint to delete "tailgater.ytd" from "update\x64\dlcpacks\NVR_emissive\dlc.rpf\x64\textures.rpf", and it looks normal now. :D
Although if it isn't too much trouble i'd still like the unlocked model to screw around with.

@SaleeN I don't know what i'm doing wrong but the textures & shaders on my end are all sorts of whack. The tires are all shiny and the tail lights are blue when i brake.
