Imperial Courts is a public housing complex located in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Built in 1944 and managed by the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, it spans approximately 36 acres and includes around 490 townhouse-style units. Originally constructed to provide affordable housing for low-income families, Imperial Courts has since become one of the city’s most well-known housing projects, noted for its historical significance within the Watts community and its ongoing efforts toward neighborhood revitalization and social development.

HOW TO INSTALL: Simply drag and drop the folder in your DLCPACKS in openIV
PATH: C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
and update your dlclist.xml by adding dlcPacks:/ICH/ in the correct format. Do not forget the < item > (without spaces) value before and after "dlcPacks:/ICH/"
PATH: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data

If you got another ENV DLC installed already, it might conflict. Make sure you combine both or remove the old ones
