1.Extract the file
2.Make sure you have Menyoo installed
3.Put 'World War X Checkpoint.xml' file to /GrandTheftAutoV/menyooStuff/Spooner/
4.In game open Menyoo, click Object Spawner > Manage Saved Files, and load the file.
