Fixes a vanilla Rockstar bug that produces flickering textures on the ground
This adds Subway1.rpf where missing from GTA V xml file
Installation: Put content.xml in mods/update/update.rpf/dlc_patch/patchday4ng
The file contains Fivem Version too
