This is a 1 to 1 replica mod of a domestic Chinese woolen knitting factory carefully restored and produced by the GTA Village Chief Team for GTA 5 Single Player offline mode
The GTA Village Chief Team is a well known professional mod development team from China dedicated to creating original high quality and stable single player mod resources for GTA 5
The team has made great contributions to the domestic GTA mod community and has released a large number of free Chinese style mods including custom maps characters vehicles factories schools rural scenes and other real life restoration works as well as complete and detailed mod making tutorials for free
All mods are designed for offline SP use only safe and compatible without any online or cheating related content and the team has been committed to promoting the healthy development of the domestic GTA mod circle and helping more players learn to make their own mods
This woolen knitting factory map mod completely restores all real scenes of a standard Chinese woolen factory in 1 to 1 scale with complete and rich production facilities and activity areas
You can see a large scale production workshop with a full set of wool knitting machines yarn reels and production lines a special raw material storage area full of wool and yarn a finished product sorting and inspection area a worker office and rest area a factory gate passage outdoor yard and other supporting facilities
All scenes are equipped with complete collision bodies and optimized textures bringing a highly realistic offline game experience
Now follow the steps below to install this add on DLC woolen knitting factory map mod
Step 1 Make sure you have installed the latest version of OpenIV tool and your GTA 5 is the official offline single player version keep the game updated to ensure stable compatibility
Step 2 Extract the downloaded ZIP mod package to your computer desktop or any easy to find folder you will get a complete DLC mod folder
Step 3 Open OpenIV software click the Edit Mode button in the top right corner to turn on editing function do not close the edit mode during the installation process
Step 4 In OpenIV navigate to the path of mods update x64 dlcpacks then directly drag and drop the extracted entire mod folder into this dlcpacks folder do not nest the mod folder into other subfolders
Step 5 Continue to navigate to mods update update rpf common data path in OpenIV find the dlclist xml file right click it and select Edit to open the file editing interface
Step 6 Add the corresponding DLC loading text at the end of the dlclist xml file before the last closing tag make sure the content is entered completely and correctly
Step 7 Press Ctrl S to save the modified dlclist xml file then close the file editor and OpenIV software
Step 8 Launch GTA 5 single player offline mode load your game save you can use a conventional game trainer to teleport to the corresponding location or drive to the map placement area to view and experience this 1 to 1 restored Chinese woolen knitting factory map
Warm Tips This mod is only suitable for GTA 5 single player offline use it is strictly prohibited to use it in online mode otherwise you will face the risk of game account ban

I have been deeply interested in traditional Chinese architecture, cultural scenes and unique oriental style content for a long time, and I will keep releasing more rich and detailed oriental themed works in the future.

What some people are calling an "epidemic" is actually just Chinese modders contributing their creativity to the GTA community. They’re making detailed, original mods that add so much variety to the game, and they’re doing it out of love, not to take over. It’s a bit sad to see people frame this positive contribution as something negative, especially when these mods are available for everyone to use and enjoy. The best part of the GTA modding scene is that it’s a global community—creators from every corner of the world bring something unique to the table, and that’s what makes it so special. I hope more people can see it that way too!

We’ve actually been sharing these mods for free with players in China since 2023, but this is our first time officially bringing them to the global community on GTA5-Mods.
